Alex Turley

Alex Turley is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, development, sales and leasing of HTC’s commercial portfolio, as well as for identifying and executing new projects that align with the company’s mission of building community. He has managed the development and leasing of Central Station, a $50 million mixed use transit oriented development on Downtown Memphis’ South End. Prior to joining HTC in 2014, Alex was Vice President of Retail Brokerage for CBRE Memphis, where he managed the brokerage and asset services sides of CBRE’s retail division across a four-state region. During his 10-year tenure at CBRE, Alex represented retail clients such as IKEA, Kroger, Target, Walgreen’s, Starbucks and Five Guys, as well as major financial and institutional clients. A native Memphian with deep roots in the community, Alex is a past recipient of the Commercial Appeal’s “Making a Difference” Award and Memphis Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 Award.
