Leveraging his extensive transaction experience and deep market knowledge, he consistently delivers a high level of service to his clients. Alex and his team complete 30+ sales and lease transactions annually, specializing in single tenant, multi-tenant, development, and ground leases. The team has a track record of maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering results. Notable transactions include: 1001 N Broadway, Altitude Trampoline Park, Boot Barn, Bank of America, Dollar Tree, Domino’s Pizza, Dos Lagos Shopping Center (350,000+ SF), Golden Corral, Little Caesars, Lollicup, Miguel Jr.’s, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Popeyes, Pieology, Panda Express, STIIIZY, Walgreens, and Waba Grill. Born and raised in Orange County, Alex began his career as a draftsman with a local engineering firm specializing in design-build projects.
