Alex Tohidian

Alex serves as a Vice President for NAI Capital, representing investors and owner users of commercial real estate. Clients including public and private REITs, developers, family offices, and institutional groups. He and his team provide sales and leasing services for over 1,000,000 square feet. Services include disposition, acquisition, lease-up stabilization, sale-leasebacks, 1031 exchanges and more. Alex was born and raised in Orange County. Prior to being recruited into brokerage, he was a Draftsman at an engineering firm for commercial construction. Projects included retail centers, UCI and Providence Health centers, 3PL fulfillment centers and the best restaurants in Orange County. Notable transactions include: 1001 N Broadway, Altitude Trampoline Park, Boot Barn, Bank of America, Dollar Tree, Domino’s Pizza, Dos Lagos Shopping Center (350,000+ SF), Golden Corral, Little Caesars, Lollicup, Miguel Jr.’s, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Popeyes, Pieology, Panda Express, STIIIZY, Walgreens, and Waba Grill.
