Alex Tohidian

Alex Tohidian serves on the Steve Liu Team at NAI Capital Orange County, focusing on Investor and Owner User services throughout Southern California. With over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property actively represented, Alex and his team work diligently to stabilize their clients' properties or navigate proper IRC 1031 Exchanges in net lease investments. They combine marketing, analytics, and consistent hard work ethic to achieve the best outcome for their clients. Alex was born and raised in Orange County. Prior to being recruited by NAI, he was a Draftsman at an engineering firm in design-to-build for commercial construction. Notable projects included UCI and Providence Health centers, 3PL fulfillment centers, and the best restaurants in Orange County. Alex is grateful to help the same clients, now on the brokerage side. On his off time, Alex enjoys being with family and friends.
