Alex Tohidian

Alex Tohidian serves as Vice President at NAI Capital, specializing in the leasing and sale of investment properties throughout Southern California. Leveraging his extensive transaction experience and deep market knowledge, he consistently delivers a high level of service to his clients. Alex and his team complete approximately 30 lease transactions and 5–10 sales annually, with emphasis on single tenant, multi-tenant, development, and ground lease deals. The team has a track record of maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering results. Notable transactions include: 1001 N Broadway, Altitude Trampoline Park, Boot Barn, Bank of America, Dollar Tree, Domino’s Pizza, Dos Lagos Shopping Center (350,000+ SF), Golden Corral, Little Caesars, Lollicup, Miguel Jr.’s, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Popeyes, Pieology, Panda Express, STIIIZY, Walgreens, and Waba Grill. Born and raised in Orange County, Alex began his career as a draftsman with a local engineering firm specializing in design-build projects. His work included notable developments for UCI and Providence Health Centers, 3PL fulfillment facilities, and many of Orange County’s premier restaurants. Today, Alex values the opportunity to continue working with many of the same clients from the brokerage side.
