Alex Speed Throckmorton
Alex is a Vice President with the Investments Services team at DuWest. She is primarily focused on underwriting and performing due diligence for properties with the goal of maximizing the client’s value during the acquisition or disposition of real asset. Prior to joining DuWest, Alex spent four years at CBRE as a senior analyst with a focus on institutional retail investments sales. She spent the majority of her time working on the disposition, marketing, valuation and overall analysis of the assets on behalf of the seller. Mrs. Throckmorton is married with two daughters and lives in Dallas, Texas. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, Meadows School of the Arts (2010) and received her MBA in Real Estate Finance from SMU’s Cox School of Business in 2017.
