Alex Quinn

Alex is a Director of Retail in the Boston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He specializes in institutional & middle market investment sales with a primary focus on Multi-Tenant Retail & Net Lease assets. Over the course of his career, Alex has participated in more than $200 Million in total transaction volume and has leased more than 350,000 SF of retail for both Tenant & Landlord clients. Alex has been recognized as the go-to retail expert in New England by his peers and clients with deep experience in both Urban and Suburban markets. Alex recently joined JLL Capital Markets in 2025 after spending 5 years at Marcus & Millichap/IPA focused on multi-tenant, grocery anchored retail. Prior to joining Capital Markets, Alex worked at CBRE and The Dartmouth Company specializing in Urban Retail Leasing with an emphasis on Newbury Street.
