ABOUT

Alex Previdi serves as a Partner in Lee & Associate's New Jersey office. Alex focuses on industrial services, representing both landlords and tenants in the real estate process. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of properties for corporate, institutional and private companies, both locally and nationally. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Alex worked in Transwestern's New Jersey office bringing extensive commercial real estate experience. He has been an integral force in building the firm's industrial presence. He has been responsible for the acquisition and disposition of assets for institutional clients, corporate users, and private owners. His responsibilities include leasing activities for multiple properties, and he has been responsible for some of the firm’s most notable transactions including the acquisition of 900 Hart Street, Melanie Lane Commerce Center, 1 Dodge Drive, and 17 Madison Circle. In addition, he has represented corporate users including DeWell Logistics, Actavis and Costrotta Construction. Before joining Transwestern in 2012, Alex served as a Vice President in Cassidy Turley's New Jersey office. While there he focused on sales, leasing, acquisition, and disposition for clients on both a local and national level. He was responsible for the sale of the Nova Portfolio in the Meadowlands and 700 Dell Road. Alex has represented many notable clients throughout his career including Centerpoint Properties, Terreno Realty Corporation, TMC Properties, AMB Properties, Classic Packers and Shippers, Respironics New Jersey, Schiffenhaus Realty LLC, and Mead Westvaco. In addition to his career in commercial real estate, Alex has held numerous positions in New Jersey government. He has served as a lobbyist, the business administrator for the Borough of Sayreville and the policy advisor to Acting Governor Donald DiFrancesco.
