Alex Pedraza was born and raised in Monterrey Mexico, move to Houston in 1993 worked in the hospitality industry, hotels and restaurants in the Houston area, acquiring experience in customer service industry. In 2002, Alex obtain his real estate license, starting to work as an assistant for a well-known & top real estate producer in the Houston Heights, learning great skills with buyers and sellers, negotiating tactics, property acquisitions and pinpointing potential areas for future development.
