Alex Paley

Alex has deep roots in the San Fernando Valley and has been immersed in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2020. His journey began in Agoura Hills, where he completed his education at Agoura High School, graduating in 2016. Driven by a passion for business and entrepreneurship, Alex pursued higher education at the University of Oregon, earning a degree in Economics with a double minor in Business and Entrepreneurship. After completing his studies, Alex returned to Los Angeles to join Paley Commercial Real Estate, Inc., where he has had the privilege of working closely with his father, Richard, and his twin brother, Ben. This collaboration has been instrumental in his professional growth and has solidified his commitment to the family business. Together, they focus on serving clients in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, understanding that local expertise is essential to providing exceptional service. Outside of his professional life, Alex is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, surfing, golfing, and playing pickleball. He also values time spent with family and friends, whether it's hitting the trails, catching waves, or enjoying a round of golf. These hobbies not only fuel his adventurous spirit but also help him maintain a healthy balance between work and leisure. In addition to his professional endeavors, Alex is actively involved in civic organizations, a passion he has nurtured since the early stages of his career. He is currently a member of the Sherman Oaks/Encino Chamber of Commerce, where he is dedicated to furthering his involvement with the community.
