Alex Makris

Alex Makris is a Senior Vice President at Partners, focused on Land Sales. Alex started his career with Trammell Crow Company in 2001, and migrated to CBRE via the CBRE-Trammell Crow merger in 2007. He started in Trammell Crow’s retail division in retail project leasing and moved toward land sales and acquisitions over the years. He has worked with investors and developers such as Trammell Crow Company, KB Homes, David S. Wolff Co., The Finger Companies, D.R. Horton, David Weekley Homes, HEB Stores and Long Lake Development.
