Alex employs only the highest standards of service in his real estate practice. He knows the value of quality and consistency, and he believes that hard work coupled with a positive attitude is the best way to provide white glove service to his clients. Alex is always working on improving his skills whether it be in his professional life or personal life. Growing up in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Alex was only minutes away from Lake Banook. It was here that he and his family got involved in the paddling community. Alex learned the values of hard work and a positive attitude during his time as a paddler. These values, along with honesty and respect, are what define his actions every day. He carries them with him everywhere he goes. Alex is fluent in Spanish as well as English and has a Canadian-Spanish dual citizenship. He was born in Berlin, Germany, and lived there before moving to Nova Scotia with his family at the age of four. Since then, he has moved back to Madrid, Spain, on multiple occasions to study for months at a time. Alex has met people from all walks of life and cultures, his keen ability to communicate well with his clients is one of the most important skills he possesses. Alex has chosen to become an Advisor at Engel & Völkers because he knows how important it is to market properties globally in today’s world, where people from all countries and walks of life are moving to Nova Scotia. Alex genuinely wants to help members of his community find the place they wish to call home and he understands the importance of being current on market trends and educating his clients on the industry. In his free time, Alex enjoys participating in recreational team sports, spending time with family and friends, and visiting new local restaurants around the city.
