Alex Laguerra Sierra

As Director of Property Management, Alex is responsible for the vision, strategy, and success of Amherst Innovative Living, LLC and its managed projects. Alex's responsibilities include overseeing operations, business development, accounting, maintenance, marketing and leasing, resident relations and human resources. Alex began her career in student housing in Gainesville, Florida as a part-time leasing agent and has since held varied roles in large markets for several leaders in the multifamily industry. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth and Community Sciences from the University of Florida and earned her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor credential from the National Apartment Association in 2020.
