Alex Keeton joined Stream in 2023 and serves as a Senior Associate on the Industrial Capital Markets team, specializing in Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) and Industrial Service Facilities (ISF). Alex is responsible for landlord leasing, tenant representation, and acquisition/disposition throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth markets. Prior to joining Stream, Alex was with Paladin Partners Commercial in Dallas, where he led their IOS/ISF team. Alex’s professionalism, tenacity, and hustle are valuable assets to Stream.
