Alex Jersin

Alex Jersin is a Brokerage Associate with Weitzman’s Dallas-Fort Worth office, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate firms in Texas. In this role, Jersin specializes in retail project representation, tenant representation, investment sales, and general brokerage across the D-FW market. Prior to joining Weitzman, Jersin gained experience across multiple facets of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, development, and property management, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on the industry. Jersin is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). On the civic side, he volunteers with Habitat for Humanity ReStore, supporting their mission of providing affordable housing through resale and sustainability initiatives. Jersin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He also holds a Master of Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin School of Business in Madison, Wisconsin.
