Alex Ho

Alex Ho is an investment associate based out of Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office - specializing in investment sales for Multifamily properties in Northeast Los Angeles & the San Gabriel Valley. After studying Communication at University of California, Santa Barbara, Alex worked in artist management and live concert production, producing over 100 events in five years. Due to the pandemic and subsequent cancellation of all in-person events, Alex transitioned into a real estate career, handling the leasing and management of large investment portfolios in Los Angeles consisting of Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Multi-family properties. He’s able to leverage his experience working with landlords to most effectively advise his clients in their investment decisions. Alex is a strong believer that success is built on a foundation of honesty, integrity and hard work.
