I am currently working towards accreditation as a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in the commercial valuation pathway. Through my professional journey, I’ve gained experience in producing valuations for various commercial lenders, attending site visits and the creation and auditing of valuation reports. Additionally, I’ve had the opportunity to work in the agency sector with a national commercial agent, focusing on the sale and acquisition of HMOs (House of Multiple Occupation) and MUBs (Multi-Unit Blocks). This diverse background has led me to join Rory Mack Associates, where I’m eager to contribute to secured lending valuations and actively participate in commercial agency transactions. I believe my varied experience positions me well to offer valuable insights to both potential purchasers and sellers alike.
