Alex Gulick

Alex Gulick is responsible for working with the Executive Team in forecasting the strategy and growth of the Company. He is also responsible for developing and implementing enhanced business and control processes across the organization’s accounting, finance, property management, acquisition, construction and development groups. Prior to joining the Company, Alex served as a Senior Asset Management Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP in Boston, MA. Professional affiliations include University of Florida’s Real Estate Advisory Board, NAIOP Board of Directors, Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Florida, a Masters in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Real Estate Development from NOVA Southeastern University. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
