Alex Goodman joined Cushman & Wakefield’s retail practice team in 2025 specializing in retail leasing and investment sales throughout the state of Tennessee. Alex and his team work extensively with local, regional, and national tenants to execute their expansion needs as well as with private investors, developers, and institutions on the principal side. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Alex gained nearly 5 years of experience selling single tenant net lease investment properties in select markets throughout the eastern half of the United States at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services.
