Alex Gale

Alex is Head of the South M25 Business Space team at SHW and is based in the Croydon office. He specialises in the sale, letting and acquisition of industrial, office and mixed use properties across the South East of England as well as providing specialist industrial investment advice. Alex has a wealth of experience in the commercial business space sector having previously worked for an international company of property consultants, industrial developers as well as asset managers. During this time he has been the key industrial agent on the largest mixed use business park on the M25, acquired logistics centres for a well known retailer as well as developed out a number of multi let industrial estates and set up a closed end business centre fund.
