Alex Caliel

Alex Caliel joined the NAI Hallmark team as an Investment Sales Analyst after graduating from Florida State University with Magna Cum Laude in 2024. Prior to joining NAI, Alex shadowed in three different cities observing more than 10 different individuals and served as an Investment Sales Intern for a Real Estate Investment Services company. During his time as an Intern, he completed a rigorous training program and passed the cumulative exam receiving a perfect score on the analytical section concerning concepts including property valuation and underwriting. Alex also gained experience analyzing the retail market/submarket conditions and trends and presented his findings in a comprehensive market report. In November of 2023 Alex was selected for the inaugural cohort of FSU PERE-Hire, a group dedicated to breaking into real estate finance and real estate private equity, from which he conducted interview practice and bolstered his financial modeling skills. Alex is excited about the growth he will encounter as he takes off in the industry and is eager to meet and connect with new people.
