Alex Brennan

Mr. Brennan is responsible for overseeing all development and investment activities at Cannon Equities. In this role, Mr. Brennan also provides strategic consultation and project management services to Cannon’s investors and third-party clients. Mr. Brennan joined Mr. Bell at Cannon Equities in January 2007, while completing his MBA at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Mr. Brennan is responsible for due diligence, financial analysis, and property management oversight. He has served as Project Manager for the Bellingrath on Peachtree, and Property Manager at Lakeside Commons, a 513,000 square foot class A office property in the Central Perimeter sub-market of Atlanta.
