Alex Baron

Alex joined Transwestern in early 2014 as part of the Minneapolis industrial brokerage team. During his tenure with Transwestern, he has been an integral part of new business development and client retention. With a focus on occupier services and agency leasing, Alex has continually exceeded the expectations of his clients through hard work and attention to detail. Alex’s real estate background, along with an in-depth knowledge of the market, allow him to analyze each transaction and provide accurate and invaluable insight to his clients. While at Transwestern, Alex has been an integral part of growing the Industrial Platform in Minneapolis both in Agency and Occupier Services. During his almost 10-year career he has worked on over 6,000,000 sq.ft. of agency leasing work for clients such as; Travelers Insurance, Dalfen Industrial, State Farm, LNR, Interstate Partners and C-III Asset Management. Alex began his career at Industrial Equities, a Minneapolis based privately held full service commercial real estate development, investment and management company that owns and manages multi-tenant industrial properties comprising of over two and half million square feet. Throughout his career, Alex has experienced the corporate real estate industry from a variety of perspectives including property management, development, construction management, building sales and leasing.
