Alex Anderson

Alex is currently employed as Director of Operations with Al Copeland Investments, it owns and operates a variety of business interests including restaurants, nightclubs, hotels, and food production companies. In addition to company owned interests, ACI also franchises the “Copeland’s of New Orleans” concept which is a casual upscale New Orleans themed restaurant. He has been employed by the corporate team for five years, and associated with the concept for a total of ten years as a franchisee.
