Alejandro J. Gonzalez is a First Vice President Investments specializing in the multifamily market in South Florida. Mr. Gonzalez graduated in Venezuela with a BSBA with a major in Logistics in 2005 and from the University of Florida with a Master of Science in Real Estate in 2011. Mr. Gonzalez has been involved in multiple multifamily transactions since he started his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2013 closing over 2,474 units, totaling more than $256 million dollars in sales. In 2022 Mr. Gonzalez and his wife, Patricia, welcomed their first child Eva Cristina.
