Alec Lau

Alec Lau is an Associate with Franklin Street’s Multifamily Investment Sales Team in Fort Lauderdale. Mr. Lau focuses on representing investors in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout South Florida. He is responsible for advising clients on financial analysis and navigating the complex sale process from listing to closing, with a focus on the Little Havana submarket. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Lau worked as a Residential Real Estate Agent with Water Vista Realty, where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in contract negotiation and technological-driven business strategies. In this role, he worked with owners and investors searching for luxury waterfront properties, country clubs and equestrian communities throughout five Southeast Florida counties: Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Martin.
