Alec Boyle, CCIM

Through relationships with national brokerage firms, landlords, and REITs; Alec works to find multi-tenant retail, small-bay warehouse, and self-storage opportunities that align with ZRP's investment criteria. Alec began his real estate career in 2014 working in project management for JLL in Washington, DC prior to joining Ziff in 2017. While at ZRP, Alec has worked as a Project Manager & Operations Associate and Leasing Associate prior to his move to the Acquisitions team in 2019. Alec received his degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 2018 and is currently working to complete his CCIM designation.
