
Albert Tarica is a Certified Public Accountant and has been in public accounting practice since 1963. His experience includes 9 years with national CPA firms as both a staff member and partner. Mr Tarica’s expertise is working with Small Businesses and their owners in both the accounting and tax areas and assisting them in managing their business. A specific area of expertise is helping business owners find the right type of financing for their businesses. He guides them in the preparation of successful loan packages and presents them to the proper lenders, including conventional, SBA and Asset Based. In addition to his membership in various accounting-related organizations, he devotes time to charitable and civic organizations. He has been involved with Atlanta's Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl since 1969. He is a past Chairman of the Board, and currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and Atlanta Sports Council. He is also a member of the Board of the College Football Hall of Fame. In addition, Mr. Tarica was Volunteer Chairman of Super Bowl XXVIII and was a member of the Finance Committee of Super Bowl XXXIV. He is a member of the Atlanta Lions Club, and had served for many years as the parade vice-chairman for Lions International. Mr. Tarica served for 10 years as chairman of the Region IV-Georgia Advisory Council of the U.S. Small Business Administration. He also served as a moderator for the White House Conference on Small Business. In 1994, Mr. Tarica received the Financial Services Small Business Advocate of the year Award for Georgia. Mr. Tarica is a 1963 graduate of the University of Alabama with a BS degree in accounting. He and his wife, Ramona, have three children, Karen, Ian, and Wendy, and 5 grandchildren.
