Albert Manopla

Albert J. Manopla serves as the Vice Chairman of KSR and Principal of the Retail Leasing Division. He started at KSR in 2011 and continues to play an instrumental role in driving the company’s growth & development. Albert's real estate career has been marked by his adept handling of an extensive number of deals. His deal-flow showcases an impressive combination of immense scale and remarkable diversity. Among his many tenant representation assignments, some that stand out include: Calzedonia USA, Falconeri, Intimissimi, Kiton, Happy Socks, CVS, Orangetheory Fitness, 7 For All Mankind, 99 Ranch, Snipes, Relive Health, Diamond Braces, and Hotel Chocolat. Albert’s proficiency lies in executing rollout strategies, successfully securing hundreds of retail locations for tenants at both national and local levels. On the landlord representation side, he has represented some of the largest private landlords and REITs in New York City, including SL Green, Vornado Realty Trust, Acadia Realty Trust, The Durst Organization, Sol Goldman Investments, Hubb NYC, Philips International, SW Management, JEMB Realty, Ashkenazy Acquisitions, Chestnut Holdings, and Parkoff Organization. Personally, Albert has leased millions of square feet of retail space and facilitated aggregate rents exceeding $2 billion dollars throughout his career. Albert's exceptional performance has earned him multiple years of recognition as a recipient of Costar's Power Broker Award, solidifying his place among the top 10 retail leasing professionals in New York City. Albert is a Macaulay Honors Graduate of Baruch College and a Graduate of the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. His sheer tenacity, persistence, and consistency in delivering superior results have allowed him to garner these successful transactions.
