Alan Zich

Alan is a Native Washingtonian and lifelong resident of the District who graduated with honors from American University in 1992.Since 1996, has participated in more than $300 million in total sales and was a driving force in the retail rejuvenation of the 14th Street Commercial Corridor. Has worked with numerous local and national developers including Georgetown Restoration, Drummond Properties, Madison Properties, Ibus Group and Pied-a-Terre Residences to build or renovate housing in DC. Alan spearheads all client work with Landmark Theaters in the Mid-Atlantic States.
