Alan Yousefzadeh

Alan Yousefzadeh is a Vice President at Windmill Capital, a privately held investment firm with a diversified portfolio spanning real estate, venture capital, and private equity. In his role, Alan supports investment strategy and execution across the firm’s platforms, contributing to sourcing, underwriting, and asset management initiatives. Prior to joining Windmill Capital, Alan held roles in real estate investment and analysis at firms including Affinius Capital, WeWork, and Eastdil Secured. He brings a strong analytical background and experience across institutional real estate and investment environments.
