His in-depth understanding of business operations and finance, including direct experience with middle market mergers and acquisitions, allows him to create optimal solutions for his clients. Alan has assisted clients with sale-leaseback transactions, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, valuation, leasing, and acquisition/disposition services. Alan holds a B.A. from Western Michigan University.
