Alan Schoellkopf

Mr. Schoellkopf brings more than two decades and over $1 billion of equity transaction experience to the team. He was most recently the Chief Operating Officer for Stonelake Capital Partners. Mr. Schoellkopf offices in Dallas, Texas. Prior to co-founding Headgate, Mr. Schoellkopf has been responsible for various aspects of the acquisition, financing, development, asset management, leasing, and marketing of over 5.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion. Previously, Mr. Schoellkopf was a partner at Champion Partners in Dallas, where his responsibilities included sourcing, underwriting and managing acquisitions and developments in Texas, Southern California, and Northern Virginia. Before joining Champion, he worked in a similar role for the Archon Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, where he deployed capital on behalf of the Whitehall Funds and Goldman Sachs Core Fund. Prior to Archon, Mr. Schoellkopf started his real estate career at Lincoln Property Company, where he worked 5+ years in acquisition and disposition activities. At LPC, he acquired, disposed, leased, and negotiated over 350 commercial transactions, including sales, ground leases, sale-leasebacks, purchases of land, lease terminations, and renewals. Mr. Schoellkopf is a graduate of Washington and Lee University earning a BA in Economics. He received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas in Austin. Mr. Schoellkopf graduated from St. Mark's School of Texas.
