Alan Rubenstein

Alan has worked in the commercial real estate industry for 40 years, with 19 of those years as a Real Estate Manager (site selection & deal negotiation) for one of the largest retail chains in North America. He has extensive experience working on retail ground-up free-standing development (STNL), strip centers & malls. His vast knowledge of trade areas, market conditions, retail strategy (including ROI), retail operations, and legal documents, along with his network of relationships would be a valuable asset for any client. Alan is a “big picture” visionary, yet he has the unique ability to focus attention to detail on numerous projects simultaneously. Since 1985, Alan has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Commission agent, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He first moved to Rockwall in 1996 and raised his children here. In his spare time, Alan enjoys driving his 1971 Mustang convertible & also enjoys travel.
