Alan P. Neuman joined Roger Cox & Associates Real Estate Brokerage, LLC in 2010 as a commercial broker specializing in multi-family and investment properties. Alan brings 17 continuous years' experience as a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Broker. His experience includes over twenty five million dollars in real estate sales and closing large multi-family apartment projects. He also has experience as a property manager and owner of rental units and commercial buildings. Alan operated a successful independent real estate brokerage for 12 years in Las Vegas, NM. He specialized in commercial real estate, ranches, vacant land and historic properties. He was a member of the Las Vegas, NM Planning and Zoning board from 1997 to 2002 and served as Chairman from 2000 to 2002. He was the 2004 President of the Las Vegas Board of Realtors. Since returning to Albuquerque, Alan has focused primarily on commercial investment and multi-family properties. Alan graduated from the Real Estate Institute (GRI) in 1994 and is an active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors New Mexico (CARNM). Alan enjoys life in New Mexico with his wife and children and is a member of the New Mexico Jewish Historical Society.
