Real estate is usually the biggest and most important investment people make in their lives, if clients put their faith in Alan to buy or sell their property, he takes that responsibility very seriously. In 1997 when he started his real estate career, he took this as something that he would live by. He grew up in Buckeye Arizona where his love for farming and cattle took hold. Graduating from Buckeye Alan went on a mission for his church to Independence Missouri. When he returned home, he met his wife Andrea, and they started a family that would eventually end up with 3 sons and 4 daughters. Currently they have two married children and two grandsons and one on the way. In 1990 they discontinued their cotton farming operation in Arizona and moved to Homedale Idaho and continued farming. In 1997 Alan started his real estate career with Better Home and Gardens and was chosen Rookie of the Year for the Northwest with Better Homes and Gardens. He has been a top producing agent for 19 of his 20 years as a Realtor®. In 2012 he became a partner with Ridgeview Construction, and they have had several building projects since then, with his main duties being on the banking/real estate side. He also manage Ridgeview Property management helping clients take care of their rental investments. Whether it's spending time with his family, working the cattle or irrigating crops, hunting the mountains of Idaho, or working in a career as a leading real estate professional, Alan never loses sight of the fact that life is meant for living.
