Alan Mazzetti

Alan is a proud, lifelong Delawarean graduating from Salesianum in 1982 and the University of Delaware in 1986. After graduating from the U of D, Alan joined the family construction business, First State Contractors, Inc., in which he is still involved in some facets today. Alan was involved in estimating and project management while at First State Contractors. DART and 7-11 were and are some of First State’s largest clients. Alan became a licensed real estate agent in 2011 focusing mainly on residential sales. Alan has closed over $50,000,000 in residential sales transactions and in 2023 was recognized by The Realty Alliance as one of North America’s Top Sales Professionals. Alan began shifting his focus to commercial real estate after meeting Pat Gioffre, who handled the leasing assignments for properties that involved First State Contractors. Alan has shifted his real estate focus to commercial sales and leasing. As a member of Gioffre Commercial Realty, the transition has allowed him to complete several leasing transactions as well as several large sale transactions.
