Alan Litt

Alan Litt serves as President of Generations while also serving as President of Kohl Partners, as well as Senior Vice President of JH Mack, Kohl's construction affiliate. Alan Litt is also an Executive Vice President and Founding Member of Castle Senior Living, LLC. Mr. Litt brings over 15 years of intensive experience as a real estate developer, specializing in the construction of institutional facilities - specifically assisted living facilities, nursing homes, medical facilities, houses of worship, schools, community centers and office complexes. He is a board member of Temple Emanuel of Closter, NJ, as well as the Solomon Schechter School, and a consultant to various not-for-profit religious and educational institutions. He received a B.S. Degree in Finance from New York University.
