Alan Friedkin

Alan Friedkin, broker and owner, grew up in Youngstown, Ohio and began his experience in the real estate business working in his father’s real estate company. The family owned and managed several hundred residential and commercial properties over a period spanning more than 40 years. After his father’s death, Alan decided to divest himself of the residential properties and concentrate on the commercial side of real estate. He was able to sell all of the residential properties through his use of landcontracts and purchase money mortgages. This led to Alan establishing Friedkin Realty LLC, a commercial real estate services company. Over the last 30 years Alan has developed, leased, managed and sold hundreds of thousands of square feet of real estate. He has also brokered the sale of hundreds of businesses in the Mahoning Valley as well as other areas in Northeastern Ohio. Throughout his career, Alan's strong ability to communicate with people has enabled him to make the sales process move quickly and smoothly. His willingness to put the client first along with his warm, sincere and humorous personality have been a key to his success
