Alan Cordano

Alan Cordano has been involved with retail and commercial leasing for over 30 years. Mr. Cordano’s background includes shopping center management and leasing for large developers such as Ernest W. Hahn, Inc., Downtown Plaza Associates and Robacor Associates. Notable projects include Capital Mall, Olympia, Washington; County Fair Mall, Woodland, California; Chico Mall, Chico, California; Heritage Mall, Albany, Oregon; Blue Mountain Mall, Walla Walla, Washington; and Silver Lake Mall, Couer d’Alene, Idaho. Mr. Cordano is currently involved in representing both landlords and tenants such as McDonalds, Ritz Cameras and Lenscrafters. Mr. Cordano holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
