Alan specializes in the sales, acquisition, leasing, and investment of industrial real estate throughout the South Bay and Greater Los Angeles area. Partnered with Ian Stevenson, the team has proven results and is quickly establishing itself as a powerful force in the marketplace. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Alan worked as a mortgage loan originator at National One Loans, with a focus on investment properties. In Alan’s spare time he enjoys traveling abroad, fashion, fitness, music production and watching the Berkeley Bears.
