Aladdin Al Katheri joined Bull Realty with more than 20 years’ experience in real estate sales and financial analysis, another 15 years’ B2B sales prior to that; education and training in economics, finance, business management, and statistics; and a team of associates with boots on the ground and local market insight into 235 Mid-Atlantic submarkets, from Greater Philadelphia to Hampton Roads in Virginia, and another 58 Central Florida submarkets, from Daytona Beach to St Petersburg. Specializing in retail properties, on any given day, Al and his team of associates are running sophisticated analytics on sites and submarkets, physically inspecting properties, and speaking or meeting with investors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and space users to uncover opportunities and give our clients the added benefit of an informed perspective that only comes with deep local market knowledge, and to contribute to value creation and impact. To get deals done in other property types, Aladdin regularly meets and partners with the more than 40 other brokers at Bull Realty who each specialize in a specific sectors or service. Together, we provide timely, accurate, vital information, brokerage services, and guidance to private and public sector clients in all phases of a commercial real estate investment’s lifecycle, including pre-development, development, acquisition, marketing, disposition, as well as special assets & REO services. Aladdin is a veteran of the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps and holds an MS in real estate, an MBA in marketing, a BA in economics, and is a certified negotiator.
