Aimee Sailor

Ms. Sailor joined SitusAMC to lead the firm's Securitization Support offering and brings 20+ years of experience working at and with some of the leading brands in the finance industry. In her new role as Head of Commercial Advisory & Diligence, Ms. Sailor oversees the strategy and execution of SitusAMC’s debt and equity diligence and securitization support offering on behalf of its commercial real estate clients. Ms. Sailor brings a wealth of experience to SitusAMC, including providing risk management advisory services for clients in both North America and Europe. Prior to joining SitusAMC, Ms. Sailor has spent the past 18 years at various BIG4 advisory firms, including rotations in both the U.S. and London. Prior to joining SitusAMC, Ms. Sailor served as Managing Director, Financial Markets at a BIG4 firm. During her time there, she spearheaded the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) team and led strategic initiatives in cognitive technology around commercial loan documents. Previously, Aimee served as Managing Director, Financial Risk Management, Risk Analytics at another BIG4 advisory firm. During her tenure there, she grew the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) business by strategically acquiring key clients, as well as cross-selling across the firm and implementing new technology.
