Ahmad Elayyan

Ahmad Elayyan serves as the Vice President of acquisitions and underwriting with a primary focus on small-bay industrial. Ahmad is responsible for underwriting, originating, and evaluating new investment opportunities. Prior to Basis, he worked at CP Group, a privately held real estate investment company focusing on value-add and core-plus opportunities throughout Florida and Texas. His previous experience includes managing acquisitions and asset management at Drawbridge Realty Trust, where he managed 5MM SF and acquired $1bn+ in single-tenant office deals. Ahmad began his career in Commercial Real Estate at Wells Fargo and currently holds a B.A. in economics from UCLA.
