Ahmad is the Santander Asset Manager for the North and South West region of the UK, responsible for the asset management of the Mapeley Columbus freehold estate and the provision of real estate services to Santander UK Ltd under the residue of the 20 year structured sale and leaseback and outsourcing contract. Ahmad has been with Mapeley since June 2014, prior to which he acquired a wide range of Asset Management experience at Regus, MWB Business Exchange and Central Bedfordshire Council. He has over 12 years of experience working in the property industry, has a BSC in Real Estate Management and has been a member of the RICS since April 2011.
