Adriana Perales opened her first T-Mobile store in 2009 in Dallas, TX as part of the T-Mobile Estamos Juntos program that was strategically engineered to serve the Hispanic community. Adriana has been intimately involved in the business from the first day, as an owner-operator. She remained involved to ensure optimal operations while she organically grew GP Mobile from one to thirteen locations, in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, in just three years. Perales' growth from 2012 to today could best be described as explosive! Under her leadership, GP Mobile has grown from a single store operation in one city into a highly successful 560+ store operation spanning 25 states and Washington, DC. Through multiple acquisitions ranging from 1 to 350+ locations, the now over 4,000 employees continue to live out the GP Mobile Mission, Vision, and Values through their daily interactions. Perales’ successful integration of these expansions has helped GP Mobile rise as one of the top T-Mobile partners in the country.
