Adriana Calderon

Adriana Calderon is based in Chicago and leads national efforts in physical due diligence, capital management, property repositioning, and development. She currently serves as Chairperson of Beacon Capital Partners’ Capital Committee and acts as the primary liaison to investors on technical matters. Adriana brings a deep and comprehensive background in the built environment, including early experience as an estimator for large national contractors. In that role, she developed strong expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and risk mitigation—skills that continue to inform her strategic approach to capital projects. She is known as a trusted problem solver across Beacon’s portfolio and is often called upon to address complex challenges and deliver effective, tailored solutions across teams and assets. Prior to joining Beacon, she was a Senior Vice President at JLL, where she managed complex domestic and international projects across all phases of delivery. She led multidisciplinary teams on initiatives for clients in the commercial, hospitality, institutional, retail, technology, and transportation sectors. Adriana holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University. She is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
