Adiel Perez

A graduate of Monroe College, Adiel Perez has over a Twenty Years of experience as a real estate agent, and has worked as a Property Manager for notable real estate gurus such as Parkoff Organization, Lefrak City, Mid State Management and Samson Management. During this period, he functioned as a construction field liaison for numerous jobs throughout the New York City area. During the time Mr. Perez worked as a real estate agent, he also brokered the sale of private homes and condominiums in the Bronx, and established his own real estate company in 2005 acquiring three multi-family homes in the Bronx. Including Two Condominiums units in Florida. Making him an On-site as well as a remote manager on his own properties for the past 20 years.
