Adam Weidner

Adam Weidner joined Century Realty as Executive Vice President in 2014. His offering of services includes asset disposition/acquisition and landlord/tenant representation. Licensed in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, his focus is in retail, office, industrial leasing and sales as well as assisting buyers and sellers in the triple net space including 1031 exchanges. Mr. Weidner also assists with the property management of the Century Equities portfolio. Prior to joining Century, Mr. Weidner was Vice President in the Baltimore office of CBRE, Inc. serving as a strategic advisor for tenants and institutional landlords, both locally and nationally, in the leasing and sale of their real estate portfolios since 2002. These responsibilities included site search, market analysis, lease/sale negotiations and financial analysis for his clients. Mr. Weidner was repeatedly designated a Costar Power Broker representing transactions completed in the Baltimore market and has counted numerous Fortune 500 companies as clients.
