Adam Viccaro

Adam Viccaro is a leader in commercial real estate who specializes in asset repositioning and multiple high-profile projects in Pittsburgh. Over the course of his career, Viccaro has completed over 550 real estate transactions totaling more than 6M SF and $900 million in value. Adam currently leases a portfolio of more than 4.5 million square feet of Institutional office assets in the Pittsburgh region. He has earned the CoStar Power Broker Award, the SIOR Suburban Office Deal of the Year Award, and the SIOR Co-Broker Deal of the Year Award. Viccaro holds two Bachelors degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Point Park University.
