Adam Stephenson

Adam has over 9 years in the commercial real estate industry and has primarily focused on serving privately held organizations. During his tenure in the real estate brokerage business, he has been involved in more than 150 transactions, valued at more than $85 million. Adam’s primary focus is on serving the industrial sector of commercial real estate, including representing Tenants in the lease negotiation process, along with helping clients acquire and dispose of industrial properties throughout Central Indiana. Adam received his college education at Indiana University – Indianapolis, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Furthermore, he is a believer in being a lifelong learner and has obtained his CCIM designation, which is the gold standard education in commercial real estate. He is also an SIOR Member Associate. Outside of real estate, Adam’s hobbies consist of golfing, exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
