Adam Stein

Adam Stein is the Principal of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stein & Summers Real Estate. He entered real estate in 2002 and specializes in leasing, development and commercial real estate sales, while also overseeing the residential brokerage and property management divisions of his company. Adam played a role in development and brokerage transactions valued in excess of $1,000,000,000. He has been involved in development and brokerage projects not only in Missouri but also in Kansas, Michigan, Indiana, California, Tennessee, Kentucky, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and Texas. Adam is thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate brokerage, development and financing. Adam has held leadership roles amongst his peers serving as President of the St. Joseph Association of REALTORS and serving on the Kansas City Association of REALTORS Board of Directors. His accomplishments in real estate have been recognized across Missouri, including the Power Broker for both St. Louis and Kansas City. In addition to his real estate success, Adam plays an active role in the community. He has served on numerous nonprofits including the Board of Directors for the United Way, Mosaic Life Care, and was the former Board of Directors President of Habitat for Humanity.
